I had the wonderful honor of photographing Rebecca and her sweet family. They drove nearly an hour in the rain…but we had a nice session and also a nice visit afterwards. Lola was dashing around the studio, but with a few cheerios to snack on, we were able to have momentary lapses of stillness! We wanted to do the family shots outside, but it was actually pouring down rain, it ended up that the studio shot turned out awesome!

I so enjoyed this photo session. I met this wonderful family last year and had the honor to photograph them this again this fall. I just loved the interaction between these two siblings. They were so fun-loving during this session and  I just could’nt stop snapping pictures. I love when natural images just seem to organically happen like these of these two brothers. I think they will grow to cherish these images as they grow and one day can appreciate having the interaction between them at this age captured by these images. I hope so anyway!

Our mornings are bringing a chill to the air and fall is peeking around the corner! This is my favorite time of year.  I love the color the earth brings and a Georgia fall is like no other! It’s also such a wonderful family time. Fall festivals, hay rides, and for me just the simpleness of sitting outside in my backyard with my hubby and kids and enjoying each others company. Once you have selected your images for your image disk I will post them online for family and friends to order prints and numerous other products. You simply select the photo or photo’s you want to order, pick your size and you even have control over the cropping on some images. You pay by credit card and within a few days your prints will be mailed directly to you. Please contact me for any questions…and please also keep in mind I also offer a personal tutorial and lab printing information on all image disks purchased.

It is wonderful to be shooting again, I suppose if it is my addiction…it’s ok, because it’s a good one. Spring is finally here and today was a perfect day to photograph this sweet mother and her children. It truly fulfills me. Her little guy reminded me so much of mine at that age. He was just ready to explore everything. In fact, he was in my arms when we did the mother daughter portrait so he would’nt take off runnin! Ended up lovin the image, even with one arm holdin a baby and the other a camera!
