Mandy and I had originally scheduled her session for the Georgia snow weekend. We both agreed we didn’t want to be outside in frigid temps for two hours taking pictures so we rescheduled for the next weekend. The next weekend turned out to be the Georgia rain and pour all weekend. So we rescheduled for the next weekend. Although it was cold and a bit overcast, I can say we got some amazing shots of Mandy. I love Mandy’s natural and simple style, just my kind of gal! We had a fun morning of shooting and at one point I asked her if the sun was in her eyes because she was squinting a little. We both chuckled because actually there was no sun out…but even on a overcast day sun can get into your eyes cause a little squinting…I know you don’t believe me…but it’s true! Thanks Mandy for a great session and I hope you enjoy your pictures as much as I did taking them!

A beautiful fall day in Moreland, Ga. was the setting for this simply lovely wedding. Ben and Alicia where married on November 21,2009. Such a treasure it was to be a part of this wonderful day. I chose to add the pastel coloring to these images, because to me, it was a perfect expression of the gentle and tender love between this sweet couple. The couple’s reception was at the Old Mill in Moreland, Ga. It was such a wonderful rustic building which gave us such a fantastic background for the pictures.

Great shots, H. And I love the location in the last one. Great feeling to it!
